Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 20, 2026. Questions? Email hello.mindcraft@outlook.com.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Frank Arias, an individual providing digital services in Hialeah / Miami-Dade County, Florida, as a sole proprietor. “MINDCRAFT Digital Labs” is a proposed trading name; it is not an LLC or corporation, and the name is pending business-name and trademark clearance.

In this policy, “we” and “MINDCRAFT” refer to Frank Arias operating under that proposed name.

2. Information we collect

When you submit a project inquiry, we collect: your full name, business name, email address, optional phone number, optional business website, industry, requested service, project description, desired features, budget range, timeline, and preferred language.

We do not collect payment information on this website.

3. Why we collect it

We use this information only to review your request, contact you about your project, and prepare a proposal. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

4. How inquiries are processed and stored

Inquiries are sent to a secure server and stored in a protected database. Only the authorized administrator can sign in to view or manage them; public visitors cannot read submitted inquiries.

5. Service providers

The website is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure, and inquiries are stored in an encrypted, managed cloud database. These providers process data on our behalf only to operate the site. Provider details are available on request.

Email notifications (Resend) and online payments (Stripe) are not active. If we enable them, this policy will be updated before they process any information.

AI-assisted project planning: we may use secure cloud AI services to help the administrator review an inquiry and plan the project. If enabled, only project details are sent — business name, industry, requested service, description, features, language, timeline and budget range — never your name, email or phone number. These services process the data only to return the requested analysis.

6. Embedded project previews

Case study pages may display live previews of client websites we built. These previews load directly from those websites, which may set their own cookies or collect technical data (such as your IP address and browser type) under their own privacy practices. Our homepage shows screenshots instead, so no third-party site loads until you open a case study.

7. Browser storage

The website saves your language preference (English or Spanish) in your browser’s local storage so it is remembered on your next visit. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. If we add analytics in the future, this policy will be updated first.

8. Data retention

We keep inquiry information for 12 months after our last meaningful interaction with you, then delete it, unless it is needed for an active project or a legal obligation.

9. Access, correction and deletion

You may ask to see, correct, or delete the information you submitted. Send your request from the email address you used in your inquiry to: hello.mindcraft@outlook.com. We will confirm the request comes from you, act on it within 30 days, and reply once it is done.

Deleted inquiries are removed from our database. Information we must keep for an active project or legal obligation will be explained in our reply.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical measures, including encrypted connections and access controls, to protect your information. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services change. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
